I'm a chemical engineer by training, based in the North West of England. Since graduating I've worked across a few different industries — pharmaceuticals, industrial sensors, and chemicals — mostly in commercial and operational roles. I'm still early in my career and figuring things out.
I play semi-professional football and read as much as I can. I've always been curious about careers, science, sport, business. For ages that curiosity ended up scribbled in notebooks that got stashed away until the end of time. This blog is an attempt to change that. I set it up whilst between jobs as a place to think out loud about the things that interest me, and to share those thoughts rather than let them gather dust.
